GTM Engineer

About this role

Ironclad seeks an AI-native engineer to build autonomous AI agents that automate marketing workflows and accelerate pipeline growth. You'll design and deploy intelligent systems for content generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and competitive intelligence, working closely with Marketing and Strategy teams to replace manual processes with scalable agentic infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Design and build multi-agent systems that autonomously execute marketing workflows including content generation, campaign launches, and competitive intelligence
• Integrate AI APIs, LLMs, and automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, Clay, etc.) into the marketing tech stack
• Break down marketing processes into agent components: skills, tools, memory, guardrails, evals, and feedback loops
• Architect self-improving systems where agents monitor outputs and compound in quality over time
• Partner with Marketing and Strategy teams to identify high-impact workflows and move from problem to production quickly
• Build reusable agent infrastructure and documentation enabling the marketing team to operate and self-serve independently

• Multi-agent systems design and orchestration with inter-agent communication
• AI/LLM API integration and prompt engineering
• Hands-on automation platform experience (Workato, Zapier, Clay, n8n)
• Agentic AI concepts: tool use, RAG, evals, observability, structured outputs, error handling
• GTM and marketing platform knowledge (Salesforce, Marketo, intent platforms)
• Growth marketing and GTM operations knowledge
• Full-stack product ownership from prototyping through production deployment
• Cross-functional communication and experimental/iterative mindset
