Iterative Health is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to provide essential support to their network of clinical research sites. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for site technical needs, managing requests from start to finish and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of clinical research operations.
What you'll do
- Provide Tier 1 support for managed sites, triaging requests and coordinating escalation.
- Manage medical equipment support and requests for site build-outs.
- Identify and onboard ancillary-services vendors for managed sites.
- Support procurement and logistics for all managed sites.
- Assist with equipment installation and configuration at new sites.
- Document site infrastructure and enablement processes.
