About this role

SignalFire, a VC-backed data platform managing $3B in assets, seeks an AI Growth Engineer to design and deploy production-ready AI agents that transform deal sourcing and founder support. You'll work with former Meta and Reddit leaders to build agentic workflows on their proprietary Beacon platform tracking 650M employees.

What you'll do

• Design, prototype, and deploy production-ready AI agents and agentic workflows using Python and LLM frameworks
• Embed with internal teams to advise on AI solutions tailored to marketing, talent, and data needs
• Integrate AI solutions into the Beacon platform and cloud infrastructure
• Define AI product roadmap and strategic direction
• Consult with non-technical stakeholders on implementation
