What you'll do

• Design and implement end-to-end matchmaking and ranking architecture for voice-first experience
• Scale production systems from beta stage to millions of users globally
• Lead and grow a small technical team as the company expands
• Develop user-facing recommendation algorithms that drive product core experience
• Maintain high-quality personalization systems at production scale
