About this role

Join Fancysauce as the second founding engineer to build an AI-native load balancer for enterprise cost management. You'll work with an experienced founding team backed by tier-A investors, owning core platform development end-to-end and shipping agentic solutions that optimize AI infrastructure at scale.

What you'll do

• Architect and deploy end-to-end product verticals across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Design agentic engineering harnesses and observability tools for dynamic model routing and resource optimization
• Ship high-quality code multiple times daily in a fast-moving startup environment
• Define and execute technical roadmaps with high autonomy as 'manager of one'
• Collaborate directly with the CTO on product strategy and engineering principles
