About this role

Airtable seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise clients across EMEA, designing and implementing AI-powered workflow solutions that drive digital transformation. You'll combine technical architecture expertise with executive engagement to ship production-ready applications for Fortune 100 organizations.

What you'll do

• Embed with large enterprise customers to identify, prototype, and deploy high-impact technical solutions
• Lead innovation workshops with senior executives to translate platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes
• Design and build custom applications using Airtable's AI-native platform and integrations
• Partner with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback influencing the global roadmap
• Architect complex enterprise workflows and low-code solutions at scale
• Manage change management strategies with C-suite stakeholders
