About this role

BUILD, Inc. seeks a Founding Deployed Engineer to develop and deploy production AI agents that automate real estate workflows for institutional clients. You'll own the full lifecycle from problem-scoping through shipping, working at a well-funded seed stage startup backed by OpenAI and Blackstone executives.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy production AI agents using Python and LangGraph for real estate acquisitions and development automation
• Partner with institutional stakeholders to translate real-world requirements into scoped solutions with measurable success criteria
• Build data pipelines using web scraping, browser agents, and voice agents for autonomous workflows
• Navigate full-stack engineering concerns from agent behavior through infrastructure
• Communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical institutional clients
