Join a well-funded seed-stage healthtech startup as the second engineer to build an AI-powered platform that converts complex healthcare data into financial insights. You'll own full-stack development in TypeScript while working directly with the CEO to define product direction and engineering culture.

• Design and deploy full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js on cloud infrastructure
