Founding Engineer ($150K + Equity) at VizCo

About this role

VizCo, an AI governance startup backed by Entrepreneurs First, seeks a founding engineer to build SecureMCP, a security layer enabling regulated enterprises to safely adopt LLMs. You'll architect governance infrastructure with deep integrations into Microsoft and Google ecosystems while working alongside Stanford PhD founders to shape the technical vision.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain integrations with Microsoft Graph, Azure, Google Workspace, and GKE for data permissions management
• Develop containerized backend services and macOS desktop client for real-time LLM prompt security
• Define product architecture and technical strategy with founders
• Ship beta features for early customers in regulated industries
• Lead full-stack development from backend infrastructure to client applications
