What you'll do

• Design and scale distributed backend systems with containerized simulation sandboxes and orchestration pipelines
• Build evaluation and grading infrastructure to provide reward signals for reinforcement learning-based agent training
• Collaborate with AI researchers to translate agentic workflows into production-grade systems
• Develop robust infrastructure for simulation environments used by research labs
• Ship code daily with ownership over core product architecture
