What you'll do

• Architect and build core features across reporting, case management, and intelligence products
• Design production-grade RAG workflows and LLM implementations for unstructured data
• Collaborate directly with law enforcement practitioners to refine workflows and validate usability
• Develop full-stack solutions using React, Node, and Python
• Lead technical decisions across a multi-product ecosystem
