About this role

Join Muro AI as a Founding Engineer to build autonomous AI agents that automate pre-construction workflows in the construction industry. You'll work on an 8-person team developing multimodal AI systems that process complex blueprints and manage bidding workflows, backed by top-tier VCs.

What you'll do

• Build agentic workflows and multi-agent systems using Procore APIs and custom orchestration
• Deploy production RAG systems for processing large-scale scanned construction documents
• Implement computer vision models to interpret floor plans and structural drawings
• Ship code to production with direct impact on multi-million-dollar construction decisions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to reduce AI hallucinations in high-stakes environments
• Handle end-to-end development from unstructured data processing to inference
