Join Cascade, an a16z-backed AI startup, as a Founding Engineer to build technology transforming the $500B AEC government contracting market. You'll develop full-stack AI-driven features alongside experienced founders to help architecture and engineering firms win major infrastructure projects.

What you'll do

• Design and implement full-stack features for ingesting and analyzing government proposals using AI
• Establish technical foundations, best practices, and engineering culture from the ground up
• Ship products rapidly while scaling the customer base
• Translate customer needs into scalable solutions with the CTO
• Work across the entire stack from data processing to user interface
