Join Forgepoint, an a16z-backed AI startup, as a Founding Engineer to build intelligent agents automating manufacturing operations. You'll architect full-stack solutions replacing manual processes like quoting and procurement with AI-driven automation, working alongside experienced founders in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

What you'll do

• Architect and deploy AI features across TypeScript/Node.js stack with LLM integrations and ERP connections
• Prototype and iterate products based on direct feedback from manufacturing customers
• Own complete product lifecycle including requirements, testing, observability, and maintenance
• Build core automation solutions for manufacturing back office workflows
• Collaborate with founding team on 0→1 product development
