What you'll do

• Architect memory systems that analyze digital footprints to create deep user psychological profiles
• Design adaptive UI that personalizes the interface experience based on individual user behaviors
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure real-world behavior change and mentorship effectiveness
• Develop LLM-based agents with sophisticated memory orchestration and tool use capabilities
• Ship production-ready systems and drive technical direction as a founding team member
