About this role

Corvera, a YC-backed AI startup for consumer packaged goods, seeks an early-stage engineer to design and deploy autonomous AI agent systems that automate complex back-office workflows. You'll work directly with customers to translate their operational challenges into production-ready solutions while scaling alongside an experienced founding team.

What you'll do

• Engage directly with CPG customers to understand and map back-office workflows into software and agentic models
• Build and deploy production AI agent systems that execute autonomously across ERPs, spreadsheets, and retailer platforms
• Own features end-to-end, from design through daily production shipping
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance of distributed agentic systems
• Collaborate with founding team to scale operations and achieve customer impact metrics
