About this role

Join NELP as a founding full stack engineer to build a platform that modernizes nursing excellence and clinical workflows across major hospital systems. You'll architect complex multi-tenant systems, design AI-driven features, and have significant equity upside while directly impacting nurse retention and patient safety.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy production features across integrated products using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Build AI workflows for clinical documentation, evidence organization, and automated credential retrieval
• Implement enterprise infrastructure including SSO/SAML, role-based access controls, and HRIS integrations
• Architect backend systems for multi-tenant, workflow-heavy healthcare applications
• Own technical strategy and implementation as a founding engineer with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with customers on calls to understand needs and iterate on features rapidly
