About this role

Join a VC-backed industrial AI startup as the founding fullstack engineer to build an AI-native platform for complex engineering workflows. You'll own end-to-end features spanning LLM-powered backends to modern frontends, working directly with technical founders and earning significant equity (up to 5%).

What you'll do

• Design and implement multi-layer architecture with live data synchronization and LLM-powered semantic memory
• Develop flexible operation layer enabling users to create custom AI agents and automation tools
• Own full product lifecycle from Python backend data engineering to React/Next.js frontend development
• Build robust data infrastructure and backend systems for high-stakes engineering applications
• Collaborate with technical founders on mission-critical platform architecture from the ground up
