About this role

Join Thrad, an AI-native advertising infrastructure startup, as a Full-Stack Engineer to build a two-sided marketplace for non-disruptive ads in LLM conversations. You'll own product features end-to-end, working with a founding team already serving millions of daily ads for major brands like Binance and Warner Music Group.

What you'll do

• Build advertiser dashboards, publisher integration tools, and real-time analytics using ClickHouse and PostgreSQL
• Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency backend services and APIs for the ad-serving marketplace
• Ship end-to-end features autonomously from design through production deployment
• Work directly with the CTO to shape technical architecture and product direction
• Manage high-traffic data pipelines and optimize system performance
