Campus Recruiter, Machine Learning and Quantitative Research

Jane Street seeks an experienced Campus Recruiter to develop and execute recruiting strategy for their Machine Learning and Research internship and new graduate programs in New York. This strategic role combines day-to-day candidate management with high-level planning to identify top talent and continuously improve their campus recruitment efforts.

What you'll do

• Manage and execute internship programs for Research and Machine Learning teams
• Develop recruiting strategy and identify candidates for internship and entry-level positions
• Plan and organize campus recruitment activities and interview processes
• Provide responsive candidate management and maintain communication with applicants
• Collaborate with hiring teams and recruiting leadership on process improvements
• Coordinate with search firms and internal stakeholders on recruitment initiatives
