A Unified Communications Engineer is needed to manage and expand a global voice and video infrastructure, supporting Cisco UC platforms and collaboration services. The role involves monitoring systems, executing deployments, resolving incidents, and partnering with IT teams to maintain robust communication solutions across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Monitor and maintain global Cisco UC infrastructure including Communications Manager, Meeting Server, and Expressway
  • Deploy UC products, services, and hardware/software changes while minimizing downtime
  • Troubleshoot voice, video, and collaboration system issues and serve as escalation point for users
  • Collaborate with IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Networking teams on capacity planning and standards development
  • Implement SIP trunking, Session Border Controllers, and cloud conferencing integrations
  • Create API automations and troubleshoot custom integrations using Python, PowerShell, and other tools
