What you'll do
- Receive, prioritize, and respond to service desk requests according to SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile devices, and printer issues
- Manage user and device tracking through Zendesk ticketing system
- Provide high-quality end-user technical support
- Deliver on-site support at Houston, TX office during core business hours
