What you'll do

  • Receive, prioritize, and respond to service desk requests according to SLAs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile devices, and printer issues
  • Manage user and device tracking through Zendesk ticketing system
  • Provide high-quality end-user technical support
  • Deliver on-site support at Houston, TX office during core business hours
