What you'll do

• Perform fire protection engineering services including life safety code consulting, sprinkler design, and fire alarm design under P.E. supervision
• Develop plans, specifications, and inspection reports for assigned projects
• Conduct building code analyses, egress analyses, and fire detection system reviews
• Perform field investigations and inspections to resolve design problems
• Execute engineering calculations for sprinkler systems, water supplies, and smoke control equipment
• Prepare CAD documents and submit progress reports to project leadership
