About this role
JetBrains seeks a Customer Success Engineer to serve as a technical liaison between enterprise customers and product teams, driving adoption of developer tools and fostering long-term partnerships. You'll combine technical expertise with consultative skills to help customers achieve business outcomes and influence product strategy.
What you'll do
- Partner with Account Executives and product teams to manage technical relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Guide customer adoption of JetBrains products by addressing technical barriers, providing architecture consultation, and overcoming implementation challenges
- Advocate for customers internally, representing their needs to Support, Product Engineering, and other teams
- Gather customer feedback and recommend product enhancements based on field insights
- Demonstrate new product ideas to customers and support account expansion through strategic planning
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, staying current on software development trends and JetBrains capabilities

- Technical consulting or customer-facing technical role experience
- Software development, QA, DevOps, ML, or related IT expertise
- AI/LLM knowledge in software development contexts
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- Technical problem-solving and quick issue identification
- Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse technical audiences
- Collaboration and self-directed initiative
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
