About this role

JetBrains seeks a Customer Success Engineer to serve as a technical advisor for enterprise customers, helping them adopt JetBrains developer tools and achieve business outcomes. You'll manage customer relationships, advocate for clients internally, and drive account growth while staying current with evolving technology trends.

What you'll do

  • Guide customer adoption of JetBrains products and help overcome technical or cultural adoption barriers
  • Manage technical relationships across a portfolio of accounts and develop account strategies with team members
  • Represent customers internally to Support, Product Engineering, and other JetBrains teams
  • Recommend product improvements based on customer feedback and experiences
  • Facilitate customer presentations of new product ideas and evaluate their fit
  • Partner with Sales to develop account expansion plans and drive revenue growth

What they're looking for

  • Technical consulting or customer success experience
  • Software development, QA, DevOps, or IT background
  • AI/LLM knowledge in software development
  • Fluency in English plus Portuguese and/or Spanish
  • Presentation and demonstration skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving in fast-paced environments

Benefits
