Software Engineer, AI Platform - Türkiye

About this role

Join JumpCloud as a founding member of the AI Platform team to build core infrastructure enabling AI-powered IT management solutions. You'll design systems for reliable, scalable AI applications including LLM orchestration, memory management, and evaluation frameworks that serve the entire organization.

What you'll do

• Design and build foundational AI platform systems from the ground up
• Develop LLM orchestration, memory, and evaluation loop architectures
• Implement RAG and MCP server infrastructure for reliable AI integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable AI capabilities across JumpCloud products
• Shape technical direction and strategy for the emerging AI Platform team
• Create systems that solve real-world IT administration challenges
