About this role
Juul Labs is seeking an Enterprise AI Systems Engineer to own and manage their large-scale AI platforms, including Claude, Gemini, OpenRouter, Cursor, and NotebookLM. You'll be responsible for ensuring these platforms run smoothly, building integrations with internal systems, and driving adoption across a growing user base while adhering to robust security and governance policies. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to architect and operate AI workloads on AWS and GCP.
What you'll do
- Administer and configure enterprise AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Develop and maintain content (skills, prompts, connectors) to maximize platform utility.
- Monitor platform usage and manage costs, including chargeback models.
- Build and operate MCP servers and LLM gateways for secure API integration.
- Architect and deploy AI workloads on AWS and GCP, ensuring security and compliance.
