Agentic AI Engineer

About this role

Kargo seeks an Agentic AI Engineer to design and deploy autonomous AI agents that automate complex workflows for logistics operations. You'll build intelligent systems that integrate with APIs and web platforms while optimizing for reliability and scale in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do

• Build autonomous AI agents that navigate websites and execute complex workflows
• Develop browser automation solutions using tools like Playwright and Selenium
• Design agent architectures leveraging LLMs, tool calling, memory, and planning
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, SaaS platforms, and internal systems
• Improve agent reliability through testing, monitoring, and guardrails
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify high-value workflows to automate
