Position Summary

The Product Manager, Order to Cash will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Kaseya’s end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) product capabilities, including order management, billing, invoicing, payments, cash application, collections, revenue recognition, tax, and reporting.

This role will serve as the product subject matter expert for the O2C lifecycle and partner closely with Finance, Billing, Collections, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and IT to simplify complex processes, improve the customer experience, strengthen financial controls, and enable scalable growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management discipline with deep O2C expertise and is comfortable operating across business processes, enterprise applications, data, and integrations. This individual will translate complex business needs into clear product priorities and scalable solutions while identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the O2C product strategy and roadmap across order management, billing, invoicing, payments, collections, revenue recognition, tax, and reporting.
  • Own and prioritize the O2C product backlog based on business value, customer impact, operational efficiency, financial requirements, risk, and Kaseya’s broader transformation strategy.
  • Serve as the primary O2C product subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Translate complex business processes and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and measurable outcomes.
  • Own the product experience across the complete O2C lifecycle, from order creation and validation through invoicing, payment, cash application, collections, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
  • Partner with Finance, Billing, Collections, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer Operations to improve end-to-end O2C processes and business outcomes.
  • Support O2C processes across Kaseya’s direct sales, ecommerce, partner/channel, and EDI business models.
  • Support subscription, usage-based, consolidated, and customer-specific billing models, including invoice generation, credit memos, refunds, disputes, adjustments, write-offs, and customer inquiries.
  • Define product requirements for payment processing, authorization, settlement, tokenization, autopay, refunds, chargebacks, ACH, wires, lockbox, and cash application.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to support revenue recognition, contract assets and liabilities, journal posting, ARR reporting, revenue reporting, and financial controls.
  • Support credit and collections capabilities, including dunning, payment follow-up, disputes, write-offs, bad debt, and credit management.
  • Support tax calculation, exemptions, invoice and credit-memo tax treatment, e-invoicing, auditability, and related compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, IT, and technical teams to design and deliver scalable solutions across Kaseya’s O2C technology ecosystem.
  • Manage product requirements, dependencies, integrations, and data flows across platforms including Salesforce, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Oracle ERP/Fusion, NetSuite, RightRev, GetPaid, Gr4vy, GoCardless, OneSource, Snowflake, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, and related applications.
  • Ensure critical O2C data, including orders, invoices, payments, customers, tax, receivables, and revenue, remains accurate, traceable, and consistently synchronized across systems.
  • Partner with technical teams to establish appropriate controls for security, privacy, auditability, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead product initiatives supporting the evolution of Kaseya’s O2C operating model and technology landscape.
  • Support the migration of legacy NetSuite O2C capabilities into Kaseya’s evolving Salesforce and Oracle ecosystem while maintaining business continuity.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize processes, improve cross-functional handoffs, eliminate manual work, and reduce operational risk.
  • Balance investment in existing platforms with longer-term transformation and migration priorities, prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
  • Establish product KPIs and success measures to evaluate operational performance, automation, data quality, customer experience, and financial impact.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve billing, collections, dispute management, and other O2C processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, business systems, enterprise applications, or a related discipline, with significant experience owning Order-to-Cash products or capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end O2C processes, including order management, billing, invoicing, payments, cash application, collections, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
  • Experience supporting subscription-based, SaaS, usage-based, or recurring revenue business models.
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex business processes into product requirements, roadmaps, user stories, and scalable technology solutions.
  • Experience working with enterprise ERP, CRM, billing, payment, or revenue-management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, data flows, and dependencies across business applications.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Accounting, Sales, Operations, Engineering, IT, and other business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across both business and technical teams.
  • Experience with digital transformation, systems migration, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment with competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a SaaS, MSP, technology, or high-growth environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Oracle ERP/Fusion, NetSuite, RightRev, GetPaid, Gr4vy, GoCardless, OneSource, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, or Snowflake.
  • Experience with AI-enabled automation within Finance, Billing, Collections, or O2C processes.
  • Experience operating in a global environment with multiple business models, geographies, currencies, tax jurisdictions, and payment methods.
  • Experience leading large-scale ERP, CRM, billing, payments, revenue management, or O2C transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working within a complex enterprise technology environment with multiple interconnected systems and integrations.
  • Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth organization.
