Junior AI & Automation Engineer - Onsite

About this role

K Group Companies seeks a Junior AI & Automation Engineer to design and build automation workflows, AI-assisted integrations, and internal tools for client delivery and company operations. This hands-on role focuses on connecting disparate business systems using platforms like n8n, APIs, and webhooks while supporting a growing AI and automation practice.

What you'll do

• Design and build automation workflows using n8n, APIs, webhooks across CRMs, ticketing, ERPs, and communication platforms
• Develop AI-assisted pipelines for document processing, classification, notification routing, and data transformation
• Support client delivery engagements by translating business requirements into working systems and documenting solutions
• Build dashboards and front-end tools to surface automation outputs to non-technical users
• Create reusable workflow templates, delivery frameworks, and runbooks to scale practice capabilities
• Document architectures, integration maps, and configurations to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer

What they're looking for

• n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platform experience
• API integration and webhook configuration
• JSON and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript preferred)
• Linux environment familiarity
• AI/LLM tooling (OpenAI, Ollama, Anthropic, LangChain)
• Docker or self-hosted deployment
• Technical communication and documentation
• Problem-solving with ambiguous requirements
