About this role

K Group Companies seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to design and present physical security solutions that combine video surveillance, access control, and integrated systems. You'll partner with sales teams and customers to develop scalable architectures, conduct technical evaluations, and ensure successful project delivery in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and develop winning technical proposals
  • Perform site evaluations and system walkthroughs to validate solution design
  • Deliver technical presentations and live demonstrations of security solutions
  • Design cloud-managed and on-premise architectures tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with project management and field engineering on solution handoff
  • Contribute to RFP responses and pre-sales documentation

  • Sales engineering or technical account management
  • Video surveillance systems (VMS/NVR) and access control
  • Networking and IoT fundamentals
  • Proficiency with platforms like Avigilon, OpenEye, Axis, or HID
  • Technical presentation and demonstration skills

  • Customer communication and consultative selling
  • Physical security integration knowledge
