About this role
Klaviyo is seeking a Lead People Technology Engineer to spearhead their AI-first initiatives within People Systems. This role will be pivotal in reimagining HR processes, building intelligent systems, and establishing AI standards across the company. You'll collaborate with various teams to integrate AI into the employee lifecycle, ensuring responsible and scalable solutions.
What you'll do
- Design and build AI-powered workflows and agents for HR functions.
- Architect and implement AI systems integrated with platforms like Workday and Greenhouse.
- Collaborate with IT and People teams to define AI best practices.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual HR workflows with AI.
- Ensure responsible AI practices and data privacy within People systems.
- Build reusable frameworks and training materials to enable HR teams to use AI tools.
