Site Reliability Engineer

About this role

Klaviyo seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to design backend services, automation, and tooling that enable product teams to deploy and scale software reliably. You'll own the full lifecycle of features from development through production support, with flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week from the Boston area.

What you'll do

• Build foundational backend services and automation tooling for product teams
• Write comprehensive tests and deploy code according to engineering standards
• Implement and maintain features end-to-end with minimal senior guidance
• Serve as on-call responder for owned software systems
• Troubleshoot and fix production issues
• Contribute to team documentation and improve industry practices knowledge
