Site Reliability Engineer

About this role

Klaviyo is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer in Boston to design and build highly available, scalable systems that improve service performance and enable faster engineering delivery. You'll work across infrastructure, eliminate bottlenecks, and collaborate with engineering teams to ship impactful foundational services.

What you'll do

• Design and develop systems that enable highly available and scalable infrastructure
• Build software to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of services
• Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks to achieve throughput breakthroughs
• Champion best practices through technical design reviews and cross-team collaboration
• Partner with product-facing engineers to deliver impactful code
• Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple technical domains
