About this role

Kodiak Robotics seeks a DevOps Engineer to serve as technical escalation point for infrastructure across Linux, Mac, Windows, and cloud systems. The role combines hands-on support with infrastructure-as-code projects, requiring strong technical skills, executive presence, and a focus on automation and end-user enablement.

What you'll do

  • Automate IT and infrastructure processes to drive operational improvements
  • Provide onsite and remote technical guidance to engineers and staff across multiple platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN, and cloud network infrastructure
  • Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  • Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing for platforms and services
  • Manage priorities and time efficiently to deliver high-quality results
