Forward Deployed Engineer — Associate (Contract-to-Hire)
About this role
Kognitos is seeking a recent Master's graduate to launch their career as a Forward Deployed Engineer, working directly with enterprise customers to design and deploy business automation solutions using the Kognitos platform. This 4-month contract role offers the opportunity to convert to full-time for the right candidate, combining customer-facing work with hands-on technical deployment.
What you'll do
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their processes and gather automation requirements
- Build and deploy automations on the Kognitos platform that solve real business problems
- Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver customer feedback and drive platform improvements
- Prototype, test, and iterate automation solutions using real customer data
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to customers
- Take ownership of customer outcomes and manage stakeholder relationships
