Software Engineer Intern

About this role

Kos is an AI-powered finance automation platform serving infrastructure and defense companies, and seeks a software engineer intern to build production features alongside founding engineers. You'll work on eval infrastructure, ERP integrations, dashboards, or agent training pipelines that directly impact live customers.

What you'll do

• Build and ship a bounded project in eval infrastructure, ERP integration, ops dashboards, or agent training
• Work directly with founding engineers as mentors and code reviewers
• Learn AI agent systems, eval harnesses, and production infrastructure from the inside
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions
• Contribute to team culture and engineering practices

What they're looking for

• Python, TypeScript, or Go
• LLM and AI agent experience (hands-on projects preferred)
• Computer-use workflows or agentic systems
• Production-ready code shipping
• Software design and architecture
• Full-stack development capability
