Customer Engineer (West Coast)

About this role

LangChain seeks a Customer Engineer to onboard enterprise customers and drive technical enablement for their AI agent platform. You'll blend hands-on engineering expertise with education, helping developers and teams succeed with LangSmith while shaping product strategy through customer insights.

What you'll do

• Lead onboarding engagements for enterprise customers, resolving setup issues and guiding initial platform exploration
• Design and deliver interactive training workshops teaching agent engineering best practices and product fundamentals
• Build scalable enablement resources including tutorials, guides, and reference implementations
• Collect customer feedback to identify friction points and inform product roadmap decisions
• Partner with Sales and Engineering teams to define go-to-market enablement strategies
• Track emerging agent engineering trends and incorporate insights into customer materials
