GTM Engineer

About this role

LangChain is seeking a GTM Engineer to build production-grade AI agents that improve customer support and onboarding experiences. You'll act as the 'first customer,' architecting autonomous systems using LangGraph and LangSmith to reduce support tickets while identifying product gaps and contributing back to the open-source ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy production-grade agents for technical support, integration troubleshooting, and onboarding workflows
• Analyze customer friction points and build self-service AI systems to drive case deflection
• Own the full technical roadmap for customer-facing agentic solutions as product owner and builder
• Provide feedback to the product team by dogfooding LangChain and LangGraph frameworks in real-world scenarios
• Develop AI-native onboarding experiences that accelerate enterprise customers from prototype to production
• Identify product gaps and contribute improvements back to open-source frameworks

What they're looking for

• LLM stack expertise (prompting, RAG, cognitive architectures, agentic loops)
• Production experience shipping LLM systems (1+ years)
• Python and/or TypeScript proficiency
• Full-stack application development
• Software engineering fundamentals (3+ years)
• LangChain or LangGraph experience
• LangSmith for evaluation and monitoring (nice to have)
• Problem identification and autonomous execution
