Software Engineer

Join a healthcare AI company building critical clinical systems in San Francisco. You'll develop backend infrastructure and data pipelines that power clinical workflows, integrating AI models and healthcare systems to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Design and build high-performance backend systems for processing large-scale clinical data
• Build data pipelines and distributed systems handling asynchronous workloads with tools like Kafka and Temporal
• Create robust integrations with Electronic Health Records and external systems
• Implement complex product workflows such as Prior Authorizations and Patient Interactions
• Integrate clinical AI models into production systems
• Ship end-to-end features across backend, APIs, and frontend layers when needed

• TypeScript backend development

• Production system design and complexity management
