A classified program seeks an experienced malware analyst and reverse engineer to perform deep technical analysis of malicious software and compromised systems. The role requires expertise in static/dynamic analysis, binary reverse engineering, and digital forensics to support advanced cyber threat operations and incident response.
What you'll do
- Conduct static and dynamic malware analysis to determine functionality and impact
- Reverse engineer binaries to identify persistence mechanisms and obfuscation techniques
- Perform host-based and memory forensics on compromised systems
- Identify and document indicators of compromise and attack chains
- Develop automation scripts and tools to support analysis efforts
- Produce technical reports and brief findings for stakeholders
