Supplier Development Engineer (Aerospace / Defense Industry)

The Supplier Development Engineer will enhance supplier performance and mitigate risks in Aerospace and Defense projects. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of quality engineering and experience in a regulated manufacturing setting.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance and quality
• Support supplier qualification and ongoing performance management
• Perform on-site assessments and audits
• Lead risk analysis activities using DFMEA and PFMEA
• Drive corrective actions from supplier quality issues
• Review engineering documentation for compliance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 1–5+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of DFMEA and PFMEA
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Supplier relationship management
• Familiarity with quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001)
