• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments
• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix infrastructure
• Implement and maintain Active Directory configurations
• Apply security patches and system hardening processes
• Support virtualized environments and assist with integrations
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated system issues
