About this role
Build AI-powered workflows and intelligence systems that automate revenue operations and improve GTM decision-making. You'll design internal tools combining LLMs, data pipelines, and business automation to transform how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate.
What you'll do
- Design and implement AI workflows that automate forecasting, executive reporting, pipeline analysis, and GTM insights
- Build revenue intelligence systems that surface actionable performance metrics and risk signals for leadership
- Develop data pipelines, LLM integrations, and API-based automations across GTM systems
- Partner with RevOps, Finance, and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
- Create and maintain internal AI tools, workflow orchestration, and operational infrastructure
- Reduce manual operational work and improve decision quality through scalable AI systems
What they're looking for
- Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience
- Salesforce and GTM system architecture
- API integration and workflow automation
- Python, SQL, or similar scripting languages
- LLM platforms and AI automation frameworks
- Systems thinking and problem translation
- Cross-functional partnership and communication
- BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Hex
