Full Stack Engineer, AgentControl

About this role

Join LaunchDarkly's AgentControl team as a Full Stack Engineer to build scalable web applications and distributed systems that help customers manage AI agents in production. You'll work across Go, Python, and TypeScript to develop critical infrastructure for agent configuration, benchmarking, and observability.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for the AI Configs product
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability across distributed infrastructure
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams on GenAI workflows
• Participate in architecture and design discussions with senior engineers
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain production code quality
• Stay current with AI field developments and software best practices
