Full Stack Engineer, Experimentation

About this role

LaunchDarkly is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build their experimentation platform using Go, React, and TypeScript. You'll work across backend and frontend systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, data-driven products that help customers run impactful experiments at scale.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable experimentation platform solutions with focus on performance and usability
• Lead limited-scope features from conception through deployment
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architectural decisions affecting system scalability
• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, optimizing service reliability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute clean, well-tested code
• Investigate production issues and support cross-functional teams on priorities and blockers
