CNC Programmer

What you'll do

• Program and operate CNC machines for composite part and tooling production
• Develop efficient machining strategies to optimize production speed and quality
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams on part feasibility
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment and programs
• Mentor junior programmers and share technical knowledge
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes
