What you'll do

• Support client pilots, onboarding, and training to maximize platform adoption
• Design and evaluate AI use cases for contract review, legal research, and document drafting
• Gather user insights and translate feedback into actionable product recommendations
• Document best practices and contribute to internal playbooks for legal AI deployment
• Collaborate with Legal Engineers, Customer Success, and Product teams on real-world implementations
• Test AI outputs and identify where the technology meets or misses accuracy targets

What they're looking for

• Legal knowledge or experience (J.D. preferred, paralegal/clerk background required)
• AI and technology curiosity with prompt engineering willingness
• Strong communication between legal and technical stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• User feedback synthesis and documentation
• Workflow automation understanding
