Legal Engineer

Legora seeks a Legal Engineer to bridge the gap between AI-powered legal technology and world-class law firms. This hybrid role combines client relationship management, product expertise, and legal operations knowledge to help enterprise legal teams maximize platform adoption and impact.

What you'll do

• Build trusted partnerships with major law firm and corporate legal clients, identifying pain points and scaling opportunities
• Own client relationships from pilot through full-firm adoption, coordinating with Customer Success teams
• Deliver product demos and training to legal professionals, translating technical capabilities into business value
• Serve as voice of the customer, providing insights that shape product roadmap and strategic direction
• Create best practices documentation and scalable playbooks for global team expansion
• Guide clients through AI evaluation, ROI analysis, and practice-area specific implementation strategies

What they're looking for

• Legal industry background (top-tier law firm or in-house experience)
• Product knowledge and tech-savviness, particularly around AI and generative AI
• Cross-disciplinary communication (translating between legal and technical stakeholders)
• Process evaluation and improvement through technology lens
• Client relationship management and stakeholder juggling
• Comfort with ambiguity and complex, fast-moving environments
• Self-directed execution and proactive problem-solving
