Legal Engineer - Tax & Consulting

Legora seeks a Legal Engineer to bridge tax and consulting teams with its AI-powered legal workspace platform. This hybrid role combines client advocacy, product strategy, and thought leadership—helping sophisticated professional services firms maximize platform adoption while shaping product development based on real-world legal and tax workflows.

What you'll do

• Partner with tax and legal advisory leaders to identify pain points and high-value opportunities for platform scaling across service lines and jurisdictions
• Own client relationships from pilot phases through firm-wide adoption, coordinating with Go To Market and Customer Success teams
• Serve as the voice of tax and consulting users internally, translating client insights into product priorities and strategic direction
• Deliver compelling product demos and training to tax partners, advisory teams, and legal consulting professionals
• Document best practices and develop scalable playbooks from leading professional services firms
• Guide teams through AI adoption strategy, helping evaluate ROI and competitive advantages across different service lines

What they're looking for

• Background in law or tax from Big 4 or leading professional services firms
• Technical literacy and product acumen, especially with generative AI and innovation
• Cross-functional communication across legal, tax, consulting, and engineering disciplines
• Process improvement and workflow optimization expertise
